Born in Lima, Peru, Juan André Reynoso started working as an English language teacher back in his hometown and loved how he was able to make an impact on his students’ lives by teaching a new skill. He is a Business Administration graduate and is currently applying to study for a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

He started working at the Salsa With Silvia studio in 2021 as a Front Desk Receptionist and rapidly showed capabilities to take on more roles; after some training, he took over important administrative tasks such as handling clients’ accounts and class schedules, as well as phone calls during morning office time. 

Juan was promoted to Studio Manager in December of 2022. Currently, he manages a team of over 30 employees and contractors, provides training for our admin team, coordinates and oversees the Salsa with Silvia studio programs for children, handles events and rental logistics, and more. 

Juan has a natural ability to lead teams and handle different personalities; this has played an important part in creating a great work environment for our personnel. He is very patient and is always willing to go the extra mile for the business and its staff. While he is still in the process of becoming a much more skilled dancer, he loves Latin dance (among other genres), drawing, reading, cycling, and playing soccer.
