Sunday Salsa & Bachata Workshop Series in DC & Bethesda
Our new Sunday workshop series runs from October 25, 2026 through March 21, 2027: nine 2-week blocks, alternating between our Bethesda and Washington DC studios.
Each block focuses on one style with one instructor, and Week 2 builds directly on Week 1. Styles include Dominican Bachata, Salsa, Casino Rueda, Salsa On2, Intermediate Salsa Technique, Sensual Bachata, Modern Bachata, Reggaeton Groove & Styling, and a social-floor finale.

Meet Your Guest Instructors: Jeff & Mayra
NYC-based bachata instructors Jeff & Mayra bring 10+ years of teaching experience and have taught at dance festivals and congresses across the U.S. Their style blends sensual bachata with urban and modern influences, backed by very different dance backgrounds: Jeff brings experience in hip hop, ballroom and competitive dance, while Mayra brings 20+ years of ballet training and is a National Bachata Cabaret Champion.
Together, they bring a unique focus on connection, technique, body movement and confidence to the dance floor.
