Fiorella Vento is originally from Lima, Peru. At a very early age, she discovered her natural talent for creation. She loved arts & crafts, dance, and music. When she was 18 she started working as an English language teacher and could put her abilities into practice when designing her English lessons.

She joined the Salsa With Silvia team in 2021  as a kids camp counselor and Front Desk receptionist. Within months, she showed an excellent ability to learn and most of all, eagerness to excel. Because of her initiative, she was offered to take on new tasks such as handling dance recitals, logistics, creating the agenda, and organizing the entire production, including music and costume selection. She also designs the kids’ camps curriculum and list of activities throughout the year.

In 2022, she was trained in creating marketing graphics for the Salsa with Silvia’s social media and website. Very quickly, she took over the management of each and every one of the studio’s social media platforms and the adults’ and kids’ websites. She is always envisioning new ideas or ways to address issues in an innovative way. Fiorella has a natural talent for designing, branding, and marketing. You can see all her amazing work in our graphics, flyers, and social media posts all over our website. In December 2022, Fiorella was promoted to Marketing & Social Media Director. 

She is a Business Administration graduate and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Communications; she has found a recent love for cooking and is especially fond of Peruvian food (for natural reasons).
