level up 2-day workshops

With Guest Instructor Rudy Telles

This two-day series (designed to be taken together for best results) aims to accelerate your growth by expanding your movement outside of your comfort zone through key concepts such as timing, balance, weight transfer, musicality, posture, and contrabody motion. One of the biggest hindrances to growth in salsa is attempting advanced movements and combination without a solid understanding of salsa fundamentals. These workshops will help bridge the gap between the basics concepts you are all familiar with and the more advanced movements you aspire to execute. Although beginner friendly, these workshops will be fast-moving, focusing on physical repetition and embracing the grind. For this reason, athletic apparel is a must.
